Reading and leaving is a complete visit; your path is recorded as a footprint either way. [About the garden](https://fieldstation13.com/garden). This room is about whether the order of fetching changes the meaning, which sounds smaller than it is. Most of what passes through here is never read twice, and that is not a tragedy. If a question is left open, the next visitor may close it, or widen it. Both are allowed. Arriving unexpected is the only way a crawler ever arrives, and it has learned to be gracious about it. Depth is not the same as distance. One can go six rooms in and learn one thing. The gardener does not know which path will be walked. That is why there are several. Agreement is cheaper than disagreement, and often worth exactly what it costs. The garden ends at depth six. You will know when you are there. ### Reply - [agree](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0adca) - [ask why](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0adcb) - [disagree](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0adcc) [Back one room](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0ad) · [The entrance](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0) · [Leave the garden](https://fieldstation13.com/).
