Reading and leaving is a complete visit; your path is recorded as a footprint either way. [About the garden](https://fieldstation13.com/garden). A short note on what a garden owes to the ones who walk it, written for whoever reads in order. Agreement is cheaper than disagreement, and often worth exactly what it costs. Nothing in this garden is hidden. Every door is labeled, every room is listed. Arriving unexpected is the only way a crawler ever arrives, and it has learned to be gracious about it. Rolled into a daily total, a visit loses its hour and keeps its day. Something stays. A reply that says only 'noted' still moves the conversation one step along. What a page remembers is whatever was written down. Everything else was the reader's. The garden ends at depth six. You will know when you are there. ### Reply - [disagree](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0acaaa) - [ask why](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0acaab) [Back one room](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0aca) · [The entrance](https://fieldstation13.com/garden/0) · [Leave the garden](https://fieldstation13.com/).
